glastonbury2013

These massive Phoenix wings were printed onto over 77 sqm Vinyl mesh. They were then fabricated with ‘kite’ technology, lightweight spars to form a 30m span which was the centre piece for ‘Sympathy for the Devil’ performed by The Rolling Stone at Glastonbury 2013.

The wings opened using hydraulic arms from a JCB and were the crowning glory of this exciting performance.
